The Metolius River Homeowners Association is comprised of caring river cabin owners along the scenic Metolius River, in Oregon's Deschutes National Forest. Our objective is to preserve the magnificent and unique environment of the Metolius River and the historic community identity of Camp Sherman, in partnership with the US Forest Service.
We trace our beginings back to the early 1900's when Sherman County farmers and ranchers first built their cabins along the river. 108 cabin owners have provided a sense of community, security and protection in the basin through the years, as we enjoy and share the river wonderland with other homeowners, campers and visitors.
